We are seeking a physically
resilient Warehouse Associate to manage inventory sorting and staging within
our cold storage facilities and transport trucks. Operating efficiently in a
low-temperature environment, you will stand for extended periods and regularly
lift 25 to 50 pounds.

Proficient in English reading and writing skills.
Count and Rotate Inventoried items!
Work in low temperature environment for long
shifts
Equipment Operation: Proficient in operating
material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand
trucks, following OSHA safety protocols.
Inventory Movement: Securely move, stack, and
stage heavy inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to
optimize storage space.
Sorting and Staging: Moving items to cold
storage or trucks.
Inventory Management:
Implement strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation methodologies to
maximize product freshness and minimize inventory shrink.
Produce Receiver: Assist team in checking
incoming goods for damage and correct counts!
Order Fulfillment: Weight and package bulk
produce items with high precision, verifying portion sizes against shipping
invoices to prevent order discrepancies!
